- Latest Community fee receipt.
- Latest utility bills.
- Purchase title deed.
- Copy of the community statues (if applicable)
Advantageous
- Interior floor plans.
- Mortgage-related documents.
- Topographical map of the land (if applicable).
- Installations certificates for electricity, water, gas, etc.
- History of any surcharges.
